 Upon finalizing the design concept during the design meeting, we will work on technical sketches. These are detailed, flat drawings that provide a visual guide for production. These sketches are essential for ensuring design accuracy and eliminating any ambiguities before moving into the production phase.

 We work with a wide array of trusted suppliers to find the highest quality fabrics, trims, and embellishments that align with our client's design vision and sustainability goals.

 Pattern making is when we translate the technical sketches into sewing patterns. These patterns serve as the blueprint for cutting fabric in the production stage, ensuring accuracy in the dimensions and fit of the final product.

 With the pattern ready, we move on to cutting and sewing the first sample. This is the first tangible embodiment of our initial concept and serves as a prototype for the final product.

 When we have finalized the sample and completed any changes, we can grade the pattern pieces for your specified size range.  

 Once you are satisfied with the prototype, we will do a time study on 9 additional units, to determine the price of production. We sew the full range of sizes within the 9 units to ensure that grading went smoothly. 

Once we have finalized the samples in the full sizing range and completed any changes, we can start production! Congrats for making it this far!
